About the Intensive: (In Person)

Our Teen Girls Anxiety Group Brainspotting Intensive with Lens Neurofeedback combines the power of both therapies to offer a holistic approach to anxiety treatment for adolescent girls. Led by experienced therapists and neurofeedback specialists, this intensive provides a safe and supportive environment for girls to explore their feelings, gain insights into their anxiety triggers, process and heal anxiety triggers, and learn practical tools to manage their symptoms.

Participants:
It is limited to 8 participants, ages 15 to 18. The investment is $2,000 per participant. This fee includes five weekly LENS Neurofeedback sessions, a 60-minute intake, and a workbook. Neurofeedback Sessions are completed the same day as the group counseling intensive and are scheduled between 1 and 4 pm.
