All supervision groups are led by Victoria Valdez, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is an AAMFT Supervisor CANDIDATE.
BIPOC Group Supervision
BIPOC Group supervision allows space for a maximum of 6 TLMFT to grow as therapists together, connect and receive feedback from multiple perspectives. This group is specifically designed for BIPOC therapists. It is a trauma-informed, play therapy-based, and brain-body therapy modality-based supervision group. This is an excellent group for those interested in supervision alongside BIPOC therapists, play-based therapy, and brain-body-based therapy modalities (brainspotting, polyvagal & more).
BIPOC Group Supervision Meeting Times: We meet every other month on the 2nd Friday of the month: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. This is considered 3 hours of clinical supervision.
Group Supervision
Group supervision allows space for a maximum of 6 TLMFT to grow as therapists together, connect and receive feedback from multiple perspectives. This group is a trauma-informed, play therapy-based, and brain-body therapy modality-based supervision group. This is an excellent group for those interested in supervision from the following modalities: play-based therapy (sand tray & expressive arts) and brain-body-based therapy modalities (brainspotting, polyvagal & more).
Group Supervision Meeting Times: We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday every month from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. This is considered 2 clinical hours of supervision.
Supervision Rates:
Group Supervision: $35 per clinical hour.
Individual Supervision: $65 per clinical hour

- Variation of therapy modalities demos
- BIPOC Client Care & BIPOC self-of-care and self of therapist themes
- Addressing Cultural Competencies
- Private Practice Guidance
- Person of the Therapist Issues
- Presentation/ Education (variation of models, theories, interventions)
- Community Networking/ Connection to community resources
- Address any needs or questions from the group
- Client Clinical Paperwork
- Review of recording therapy sessions
