Hi, I'm Victoria, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT#1944) specializing in working with kids, teens, parents, and women.
I work with families, children, adolescents, and women from all walks of life. I help children and teens change their relationship with anxiety so they can start living a life with less limits from that "worry" voice in their heads. Helping children and teens and helping parents learn how to support their children through their mental health journey is part of the therapeutic process. I also help women walk through their healing journey from trauma, anxiety, and grief. You can read more about how I provide therapy to women here. As a woman of color who has experienced racial trauma, I also provide a safe, healing place to work through racial trauma for the BIPOC population.

Trabajo con familias, niños, adolescentes y mujeres de todos los ámbitos de la vida. Ayudo a los niños y adolescentes a transformar su relación con la ansiedad para que puedan empezar a vivir una vida con menos límites impuestos por esa voz de preocupación en sus mentes. Parte del proceso terapéutico consiste en ayudar a los niños y adolescentes y en guiar a los padres para que aprendan a apoyar a sus hijos en su camino hacia la salud mental.
