By dedicating 90 minutes to multiple days for focused work, we give the brain the space it needs to move from a state of 'survival' to a state of 'resolution.' My approach integrates LENS Neurofeedback (in-person only) and Brainspotting to target the root causes of anxiety and trauma where they live: in the subcortical brain."
