Hi, I'm Victoria, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT#1944). As a Trauma & Anxiety Specialist serving Williamson County, Brentwood, and Nashville, I specialize in high-resolution neuro-relief for high-performing professionals and students. Moving beyond traditional talk therapy, I utilize LENS Neurofeedback as a brain optimization tool alongside Brainspotting to target the root causes of anxiety, trauma, and burnout. I exclusively offer Accelerated Anxiety Intensives and 6-Week Resolution Series designed for deep, lasting results.
