I will demonstrate how to use EFT Tapping to help your kid fall asleep and fall asleep fast. This Tapping script can be modified for any age (young children to adults). Remember this video is for educational purposes only and does not replace therapy.
What is EFT TAPPING:
Here is a summary: [Quotes- https://www.tappingsolutionfoundation.org/howdoesitwork/]
EFT Tapping is tapping “with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through traumatic memories and a wide range of emotions…Put simply; meridian points are specific points that can be mapped throughout the body. Energy circulates through your body along this specific network of channels. You can tap into this energy at any point along the system.”
“Tapping restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered.” [Your child is whining, mad, or irritated before bed, imagine being able to help them relax those feelings in their bodies.]
“EFT Tapping can access the amygdala, “an almond-shaped part of your brain that initiates your body’s negative reaction to fear, a process we often refer to as the “fight or flight” [Usually, young children are afraid to sleep alone at night or have worries which keep them from relaxing to fall asleep]

Tips when using EFT TAPPING For Sleep:
You do not have to stick to the script when labeling feelings or using the affirmation. Let your child pick the feeling they are experiencing about not being able to fall asleep. And or let them pick the affirmation.
You can utilize tandem tapping, which means they are repeating after you each statement, but you are doing the tapping on their body.
Remember to repeat the process until the child feels very sleepy
Try for seven nights before you decide it does not work at all.
